We can solve poverty in Hawai'i with education, business and money management courses, basic business management skills. Then legalize marijuana in the USA, but distribution from Hawai'i only! All Hawaiian citizens are employed to market, manage, and prepare distribution, and fill all other positions needed to run a distribution plant aka Pharma Plant.
